Where are your products made?


Our manufacturing facility is in Georgia and all of our memory foam is 100% USA made. We do not use low grade imported foam in our products. Beware of claims that products are “designed” or “assembled” in the U.S., those do not mean the foam is manufactured in the US.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes, there is a 10-year warranty on our mattresses, a 3-year warranty on our toppers and a 3-year warranty on the pillows. Please review the full warranty information under Warranty Info.

Is your foam CertiPUR-US® certified?

Yes! In addition to being manufactured from start to finish in a US facility, our memory foam is subjected to rigid testing that evaluates the foams contents for safety and durability for product quality and longevity. To learn more click here CertiPUR-US

Do I need a box spring or special type of bed frame with your memory foam mattresses?

A platform bed with a solid base makes the ideal support system: something firm, solid and rigid that supports the mattress from top to bottom and on all sides. Memory foam mattresses are designed to work on a flat, sturdy, non-spring foundation. A bad foundation is the primary cause for memory foam mattresses not performing to their full potential as this affects their comfort and durability. You need something that provides uniform support for the mattress from top to bottom and side to side. Avoid old box springs that sag.

If you choose to use your existing box springs, they must be flat and sturdy. You can easily buy box springs now, from respected mattress store chains, that are specifically designed for use with memory foam mattresses. They're made with solid, closely spaced slats inside the outer cover.

If you can press the foundation down with your hand, it is not sturdy enough.

Where can I go try the mattress? Do you have retail stores?

At this time PuraSleep is an online retailer only. However, our premium foam manufacturer has been in the business of supplying major retailers under well-known brand names for over 10 years. We assure you that you will be purchasing a premium retail quality mattress. We developed the PuraSleep brand based on our many years of experience with our retail partners: it is our goal to provide you with a high quality mattress that will last for many years and provide you with a great night’s sleep.

There are mattresses in major retail chains that feel very similar to ours in terms of firmness that we can refer you to for comparison purposes. We want you to purchase your PuraSleep mattress confident that you will be happy with your purchase. Does the mattress retain heat and will it make me hot?

Our proprietary CoolFlow formulation significantly increases air circulation compared to standard memory foams, eliminating the heat buildup often associated with those mattresses.

How big is the box and how much does the mattress or topper weigh – i.e. is this small box really a mattress?

We love the reaction of some of our customers when they receive one of our mattresses as they open them with child-like amazement and joy. Great things DO come in small packages! We use a special compression process that does not harm the mattress or topper in any way and allows for the box to be much smaller than the traditional big, bulky mattress boxes. The mattress will expand to its full and natural shape within a fairly short period of time. You do not have to worry about being able to fit our mattresses up tight stairwells or hallways, or having to rent a truck to move it while still in the box. Our products are much more easily transportable than non-memory foam ones.

PuraSleep mattress boxes generally measure approximately 21” x 20” x 40”. Weights for mattresses vary by style, but will fall in the range of 55 to 60 lbs for a full, 65 to 70 lbs for a queen and 85 to 90 lbs for a king.

A 2” topper box is 13” x 13” x 17” and a 3” topper box is 16” x 16” x 28”. Weights for toppers vary by size and thickness, please contact us for that information.

Do your memory foam products contain VOC’s and harmful chemicals?
PuraSleep memory foam products are CertiPUR-US® certified, which requires manufactures to meet among other things strict safety standards. CertiPUR-US® certified foams are:

Low Emission (VOCs) for indoor air quality
Made without ozone depleters
Made without PBDE flame retardants
Made without mercury, lead and heavy metals
Made without formaldehyde
Made without prohibited pthalates

How long can I leave the product in a compressed state?

We recommend no longer than three weeks in order to minimize any breakdown in the structure of the product.

Do I need to rotate or flip my mattress/topper?

For mattresses, there is a distinct top and bottom, so flipping the mattress is not required.

For toppers, we recommend that you rotate and flip the topper on a monthly basis. This will help with the longevity of the topper. Be sure to lift the topper up as much as possible when moving. Avoid pulling or dragging the topper as this may cause tearing which is not covered under the warranty.


Can I use a heated pad with your memory foam products?

You can use a heating pad however we recommend that you do not leave the heating pad on for extended periods of time. Using a heating pad will not damage the mattress, but may have an effect on the foam that may reduce the overall benefits of the memory foam itself.

Do you offer a trial period?

Sorry, but we don't offer a trial period. Remember, it can take few weeks for you to become adjusted to a memory foam mattress.

Is there any latex in your mattresses?

No, there is no latex material in our products.

Will my new mattress have an odor?

Any off gassing is almost non-existent, just possibly a harmless smell from the new foam manufacturing process which goes away within a few days with proper airing. The initial smell is normal and harmless. Our mattresses are not stored in warehouses for lengthy periods of time, in almost all instances you are receiving a brand new mattress fresh off the production line. Sometimes the process of compressing and packaging the fresh foam intensifies that fresh foam smell.

We do recommend leaving the mattress or topper completely uncovered during this 24-48 hour time period (i.e. do not put it under sheets or a mattress pad). This will allow any increase in fresh foam scent due to packaging to dissipate.

As far as the scent is concerned, our memory foam contains NO formaldehyde or any harmful chemicals. We are CertiPUR-US

Is there a cover with my product?

Our mattresses do come with a removable cover. Our toppers do not.

Can I wash the cover on my mattress?

The cover is washable but we do recommend dry cleaning.

Can I use a mattress pad with my mattress?

Yes, you can place a mattress pad and fitted sheet over your mattress or topper.

Will regular sheets fit the 10" Mattress?

Yes, you can place a mattress pad and fitted sheet over your mattress or topper. Yes, standard size sheets will fit the 10" mattress and even the mattress with a 2" topper. If the overall height of the mattress and topper is great than 12", then we suggest going to a deep pocket style of sheet set.

How do I purchase a mattress with a GROUPON Voucher?

If you purchased a voucher through GROUPON you will receive a GLM code for the discount. Please Note: The GROUPON voucher is ONLY valid towards a mattress purchase and any remaining balance cannot be used towards any other products.


Ordering Information

When will my order ship?

After placing your order through our website, you may select the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. All products take 2-4 weeks to process. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive a shipment confirmation when you order has shipped as well as tracking information with 24 hours.

Are telephone orders accepted?

We are happy to take your order over the phone. Please call us at 855-787-2233.

How do I change my order?

If you've completed your checkout and need to make any changes, please send an email immediately to info@luxefoam.com , or call us at 855-787-2233. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will try to accommodate any changes. If it has shipped, charges may apply.

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Please print or save the email as this will be your proof of purchase.

Do you charge sales tax?

At this time, sales tax will only be collected for shipments within the state of GA.

Do you offer financing?

Sorry, not at this time.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your transaction is complete.
